deauthorize a computer I no longer have

Itunes only lets you assign your account to 5 computers. My son and I share an account (this way I can keep track of his purchases) and between us and the computers that have died over the years, we have exceeded the limit. He has a new computer that won't let him upload his library from his ipod. What can we do?

HP, Windows Vista
