insert-replace key on apple keybrd

I need to use my windows insert/overwwrite key. Where is this on the apple keyboard? How can reprogram a key to do this?

the fn optionreturn did NOT work BUT....

the fn commandreturn DID change from insert to overwrite. Thank you. This is NOT listed on the MacBook Pro apple keyboard link you supplied belowe.
