iTrip not working.

Question

iTrip not working.

I have a iPod mini but my iTrip doesn't work. The light on the iTrip comes on, but no music plays through the radio. I reset the iPod and everything, but still nothing. Its set on 87.9. I would install the radio stations from the Griffin site, but I have no idea how to. If somebody can give me a really detail explanation on how to fix this, they would be a big help. Thanks James

OK, I have an itrip try these steps;

1) Is it plugged in.
2) have you checked the frequency using your itunes software
3) is the volume on your ipod between 50% and 75%
4) is it the correct itrip for iPod mini
5) double check itrip website for updats

2. I dont have the software. 😟 I downloaded the stations but I have no idea how to put them in iTunes.

Try the Griffin website. It has all the software and manuals for the iTrip. It also has a iTrip tutorial video on the same page. It might be worth your time to view it.
