Adobe Media Encoder CS4 H.264 iPod video format green flashes in Quicktime

Quicktime 7.3.1 apparently shows no flashes but 7.4.5, 7.5.5 and 7.6 all show green flashes on videos encoded in AME CS4 H.264 iPod video small.

No other quicktime versions tested.
Videos play fine in VLC Player and Adobe Media Player.

Videos encoded with the latest MediaCoder sourceforge application play fine in Quicktime.

Clearly something's wrong with the way Adobe exports and the way quicktime 7.3+ reads H.264 videos.

I think it may be the QuickTime Player issue and not Adobe Media Encoder. Its seems to play find in other players like Adobe Media Player and Windows Media Player after installing Windows Essentials Media Codec Pack 2.2c. (http://download.cnet.com/Windows-Essentials-Media-Codec-Pack/3000-2140_4-1066270 9.html). Haven't check to see if it plays correctly on my i-Touch. Not all videos I encode from .AVI to .MP4 using the i-Pod small preset seem to have this issue.

I was able to playback the video file in Windows XP Pro 32bit and on a Mac Pro OS X with no issues but when I playback the video on Windows Vista 64bit (Ultimate and Home Premium Editions) I still have the skipping problems.
