nokia N95 8GB

it is a phone with GPS and a 5 mgepixel camera, there isn't any GPS info on the photo it makes... any thoughts?

MacBook 2 GHz Intel Core Duo, 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Depending when you got the N95, it likely wasn't a feature. However, Nokia has released a free app to enable it here:

http://betalabs.nokia.com/betas/view/location-tagger

And its called "Geotagging".
