Music video from itunes store won't sync

I've purchased a music video from itunes store but it won't sync to my ipod nano. all other purchases (music only) sync ok. The video is listed ok in the 'purchased' list. What can I do? (It's my daughter's ipod and she's driving me potty - please help quickly)

ipod nano (? it's small and a few years old), Windows Vista

Your iPod nano may not support video, so it won't play any kind of video, from the itunes store or any other website. Only the third and the fourth generation iPod nanos support videos. See this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1353 and find out wich generation is yours...
