Exporting to tape in HD?

Hey guys,

When I had my standard definition cam I was able to export my finished product back to the camera's tape. Are you able to do this when working in HD ? (the source was an HD cam with a mini DV tape)

As long as you use the same settings you used to capture the HD, you should be able to export back out to the HD camera. It worked for me anyways.

Yes, you can print back to miniDV tape in HDV but there was a learning curve.
It took a long time to conform so it was ready to print.
Then EACH time I get ready to print to tape I have to go into Easy Set-up and make sure I choose HDV-1080i60. It defaults to "custom" which won't work for me.
