Accidentally DELETED MY CAMERA!!

So I have accidentally *deleted the camera on my iPhone 3G* and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it back! PLEASE HELP!!

Someone already advised me to power it off and restart it, and alas that didn't do anything - still no camera. Is there any way to get it back? It isn't an app camera..just the original camera that comes on the phone.
