my IPOD IS STUCK "it froze up" pls HELP

Reset it
Press and hold the MENU and CENTER buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

This is done best when your iPod is connected to your computer and it might take more than 1 try.

BTW, Edel, if your iPod doesn't come back after the reset, try a Restore on iPod Updater.
