Under the Options tab you can set the start and end point of the song. This does not change the size of the file just the point at which iTunes will begin playing and stopping.Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Currently Being ModeratedFeb 3, 2009 4:57 AM (in response to Terrabay)You could try and take it in as a new track in Garageband and edit it in a similar way to a ringtone then export to iDVD. I'm just thinking out loud but in theory it should work.
I found how to do this for a ringtone on YouTube so maybe there is an answer to your particular query on that.
