Repair Status
Ok, so I filed for repair through the website last week - I need a new battery. When I check my repair status online, it says "Dispatch Sent". They have a glossary of what each message means for repair status, but this isn't one of them. I called 1-800-apl-care to check, and gave my info and all that and the recording told me they had my iPod and would fix it soon - which obviously isn't the case as I haven't done anything with it yet. Can anyone help me out here? What does "dispatch sent" mean?
