AJA kona 3 Audio drift

Hi all,

I have build a new system with Kona 3,
and the captured source keeps out of sync(Audio has 18 frames advanced
from start to end).
Tried search this forum, but seems no clue so far.

What I've captured are AJA 10bit Uncompressed NTSC,
and Pro Res HQ 422 10bit. (both in 29.97 non-drop frame and 48Khz Audio
from Kona 3 SDI).
I was just wondering if anyone have this problem and solved ?

I have tried...
permission repaired
trash preference
Check audio and confirmed to 48khz
Play the captured source in QT player
Re-install AJA driver
Re-install QT
Use build-in Raid 0 to capture
Change User preference /timline option to non-drop frmae

The system details:
Late 2008 Mac Pro Dual intel 2.8
OSX 10.5.6
4G of ram
Slot 1 GT-8800 graphic card
Slot 2 Kona 3
Slot 3 empty
Slot 4 Areca 1221 Raid controller with 5.7 TB Raid 6
internal 3x 1TB raid 0
Final Cut Pro 6.05
AJA driver 6.022

G5 quad 2.8, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

I have tried put the Kona 3 card in slot 3,
it make the OS acting slow, and final cut wouldn't load and
said that the system doesn't have valid RT card.
So I put it back in slot 2.

I have contact AJA technical support last week, but as I'm in Asia pacific,
it's not possible to call, so I email them, they replied me with one suggestion
at a time. But still not solving anything yet.
