Apple and MacMall - don't buy from MacMall

Caveat Emptor - I just bought a 6 GB green mini from MacMall ("authorized Apple reseller). I usually buy Apple products from Apple but since the Mini is no longer in production I had to buy from a reseller. Well MacMall shipped me a lemon of a Mini. It was DOA out of the box. Turns out MacMall does not exchange or refund ANY Apple products. You have to deal with Apple directly. So, I sent my Mini in for repair and got it back in exactly the same condition. Sent it back for repair yet again and am waiting for it back. I've owned this thing for a month now and have listened to it twice. When I went to an Apple Retail store to have it looked at by a Genius, he told me that had I bought it from Apple they would replace or refund it directly but now I am stuck with this piece of junk and can only pray that Apple will send me a product that actually works. Anyway, not a happy camper at this point. Just wanted to send a warning out there to people looking for Apple products - I suggest you buy from Apple directly if at all possible.
