Install Mac OS X Leopard without CD drive

I plan to wipe and reinstall OS X on my MacBook. The problem is, my CD drive broke down. It takes the disc, spins it, then spits it out. How can I install OS X without a CD drive?

I don't have either of those. Is it possible to get my CD drive replaced?

It's best to get the internal drive replaced/repaired rather than relying on an external drive since the Leopard DVD and other software is often used for diagnosis and repair on the computer and having to have an external drive to tote along with your notebook is not always convenient.
