Battery Life on my Macbook

I bought my Macbook in November 2008, the maximum of the battery life is 2 hours, still wondering why. I checked Battery Information on the System Profiler, everything seems normal. What can I do about it?

Calibrate your battery, disable the ir port, turn off bluetooth if not using it, turn off the backlit keyboard if you have one, dim the screen, and only run what you are using at the time

I get 4 1/2 hours on average with mine.
