Date and time wrong

The world clock and calendar date are incorrect and I can't fix them - I realized wrong when I went to itunes store on the touch and I get error message"Cannot connect to the Store - A secure connection could not be established. Please check your date and time settings."

I have a problem as well with the "app store" it says I can not get a secure connection. I tried several different wireless connection in case the one I was using caused the problem but happens the same at each location..HELP?????
