iPhone and desktop Myspace

I want to be able to log into the desktop version of myspace through Safari, but every time I go to the myspace homepage, there is no "username" and "password" input box, but only a capcha. When I try to enter the capcha and press the log in button, it goes back to the iphone screen that asks if I want to run the desktop or mobile version of myspace. When I click on desktop it goes back to the original myspace home page with the capcha. My phone is less than 24 hours old and I am at a loss for answers here, so thank you for any help you can provide 🙂
