Rediffmail not opening on Safari

May be a code change on your Internet Provider's side. Have you contacted them? Usually the "cookies" message indicates an IP change.

Have you tried the webmail page using another browser such as Firefox or Camino? If so, did the page open without issue?

Issue:

Most of Rediffmail Users using Mac: MAC OS 10.5.6 desktop / laptop are not able to login to rediffmail ids using SAFARI Browser(3.1.2-5525.20.1). We suspect OS not allowing Browser to set cookie for & under rediff.com domain. Same Browser on different OS like Windows XP/Vista / Linux are able to do the same & users are able to LOGIN. Lower Versions of Mac Os are not facing such issues.

This is really serious issues hampering overall customer satisfaction for REDIFFMAIL as well as MAC users.

It was the issue with safari .... but it is solved now... just download safari 4 and u can use rediffmail.com ... i have tested and it is working properly....it also working in 3.2 safari ...
