Where is 'document map' and language set in pages

Pages seemed to be much more powerful than word, however, would be great to have solved some issues before switching completely.

How do I get to see the document map view, its great to have the page thumbnails on the left, but the map was a very good tool when working with wide and deep outlines. I've been constantly to the TOC to see where I am. I've used the arrows to navigate the document through headlines but is not the same as the map. Any help would be appreciated?
