any way to speed up podcasts?

I've searched online and the only way to do this appears to be to create some kind of script to work with special playlists... this is all way over my head. Is there any SIMPLE way to get your podcasts to play speeded up (like an audiobook)?

If not, I hope someone at Apple reads this and includes this functionality in a future update.
