Pages can merge information from AddressBook and Numbers with the catch that it will merge only one person per page.
Set up a Numbers spreadsheet or AddressBook Group with all the names.
Make up a page the size of one name tag with a text box the size of the tag and give it a thin back outline.
Type into that:
FirstName SecondName
Company
Size them and style them as you like and centre them and use spaces to vertically centre them.
Select each of the 3 items and match them to items in your AddressBook or Numbers spreadsheet:
+Inspector > Link ( 9th tab little blue circle with curled arrow) > Merge > Merge Source > Choose: > Target Name+
Now you can link it directly in the link tab or drag the Numbers spreadsheet or AddressBook onto the page and it will generate as many labels/pages as there are people listed.
You can then Print them directly by going:
+Menu > File > Print > Pages per sheet > 9 or 16 > OK+
Or by printing them to pdf:
+Menu > File > Print > PDF (button bottom left corner) > Print > Save+
Then take the resultant pdfs and drag them onto a set of image place holders on another Pages page and print that. This will give you more control on spacing and number per sheet.
