Ipod repair problem...

sry if this isn't the place for this but I couldn't find the place for it or didn't look hard enough... I sent my Ipod for a repair because my ipod's hold switch didn't work correctly... So I paid for the shipping and sent my pod in and just got it back... as soon as i opened the box and check to see if it was fixed, it wasn't.. What should I do now...
