Transfer AOL contacts to iMac Address book

Not long had this imac and I'm trying to find a quick way to get my AOL contacts transferred to My address book in my apple computer (rather than printing them out and typing 100's of adrresses) - any ideas please?

Hey welsh,
Yes AOL does not make this easy. I think it's on purpose.

I did do this for a client a while ago there was an application that would export a CVS file directly but I can't find it now.

If you Google "exporting AOL address book" you'll get pages.
