Setting up new Macbook for wireless printing

Hello everybody

I need help with setting up my new Macbook with my existing computer and printer.I currently have a Power Mac MDD G4 Dual 867 (Tiger 10.4.11) upstairs hooked up to a D-link 615 wireless router. My printer is a Canon MP USB printer hooked up to the Power Mac with USB cable. What is the best way to hook things up so I can print from my Macbook downstairs over wireless.

Thanks
Dave C.

Hi Dave,

Assuming the Router passes the Ports needed, you just need to enable Printer Sharing on the G4, but not on the MacBook, then install the Driver on the MacBook, set it up in Print & Fax.
