Whenever I plug in my phone iTunes says:

"The iPhone cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the items in the iTunes library (11.07 GB required, 6.86 GB available)."

The problem is I'm only trying to sync my music and 2 videos, which only totals about 4 GB. I've checked and unchecked all of the options and even restored my phone, but the error keeps popping up. In fact, now that I've restored it I only have Apps on it.

Did you restore your iPhone with iTunes from your iPhone's backup, or as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup?

What is your selection under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences? All music and playlists, or selected playlists?

If all music and playlists, all music in your iTunes library is well less than 4GB in overall size?

I restored my phone with the backup.

I have "Sync all music and playlists" selected, and those only total to 3.97 GB. Also the videos I was trying to sync only totaled to about 1 GB.

As for the Music tab, I have it set to sync all music and playlists, which totals up to 3.97 GB. Also the videos I was trying to sync only totaled to about 1 GB.

There may be something wrong with your iPhone's backup.

Go to iTunes preferences, and under the Devices tab, delete your iPhone's backup - if there is more than one that you don't need, delete them all.

Control-click on your iPhone in the iTunes source list and at the menu window that appears, select Back Up to create a new backup for your iPhone.

Try restoring your iPhone again from the new backup created.

If this doesn't work, try restoring your iPhone as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup.
