Blue ray burner compatibility issues

I am trying to find out if the LG BE06LU10 External HD DVD Reader / Blu-Ray BD-RW - DVD Writer is mac compatible and failing to find any definitive answer. Anyone know????

imac 24, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Yes it works well with a Mac, I use it to archive project and work files.

It works straight out the box, there are no drivers required, it uses the USB facilities built into the Mac.

Thing to note; the Mac cant play back Blu-ray video from a Blu-ray player,
DVD studio Pro cant produce Blu-ray discs, you need Toast or Adobe Encore for that.
