"Allow exceptions" for pop-ups in Safari?

Hi there, I have asked for this feature to be looked at for years now. But I was curious to see if it's in 3.x or even 4.x, with whether Safari has a method or a list where I can enter in addresses which I want to allow to pop up?

At our workplace we have an internet accounting system which requires a popup to stay active, as that is the portal to the internet at the workplace.

It would be lovely to have a functionality in Safari where us users can allow certain popups to be exceptions as opposed to either all or none are blocked. I was just curious to see if there's any way possible for that to happen?
