32 bit format?

Anyone know how to change the bit format for saving a file?

I have a sound clip that I saved as an aif file. When I drag it to garageband 9 I get and error message saying "The audio file “No One.aif” has a 32 bit format and can’t be used."

Open up your audio file in STP. Do a "Save As" and select an audio file format such as .aif. Then adjust the sample rate in the pull-down menu. Then click save. Then bring your new file into GB.
