iMovie spyware?

Latest updates of Leopard at time of writing...

I use little snitch to monitor my network activity.

I recently fired up (the seldom used by myself) imovie.
Little snitch informs me that it tries to connect via UDP port 111 to "private.co.uk" which turns out to be a bit of a dodgey site.

I assume this is potential spyware issue.

If anyone can advise and recommend a scanning tool it would be appreciated.
