Is there a tool similar to Vocalign?

I'm trying to match up ADR tracks to the original recording, for better lip synch for the actors.

There's a software program called "Vocalign" that does this, but I'm wondering if there's a tool in Soundtrack Pro that can do it?

Or is there anything for the Mac that can do the same thing?
