Unknown Error (400) - 8.0.2.20

I am hoping someone has encountered this error in the past and knows a way to fix it. When I bring up the iTunes store, click on Music and then click the Just Added link I get the following message:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occured (400). Please try again later"

This problem started two days ago. Since then I have tried turing off my firewall and virus scanner, but this did not correct the issue. I then uninstalled iTunes (version 8.0.2.20) and re-installed. The error is still occuring. Could this be a problem in the registry or some preference file that iTunes sets in the background? I am not sure what to do next. Apple Support just recommended that I install the latest version (which I already had). Please help....

I have been getting the same error message since Feb. 24 when trying to connect w/ Just Added. Have never run into this before. Seems like a problem that needs to be addressed by iTunes.

There has not been any problems with my internet connect and all of my other internet apps work fine. At first I thought it was a server error on the Apple side, but I don't see any other posts concerning this specific problem. Thanks

Run the Diagnostics from the help menu and post the results. This may help sort out the problem.

I received an email from Apple today indicating that they are investigating the problem and will get back with me. Does anyone know of a setting or plug in that will allow iTunes errors to be debugged? Thanks

Also, I am not familiar with where of if iTunes may have preferences or links? Could this be a corrupted preference or link? Here is the data that I copied from my Just Added link with iTunes:

It's at the very end of the link.

In iTunes, it is on the left of the Music page

OK, I see the "Just Added" link on the music page. The link didn't work.
It gives me the same unknown error occurred (400) message.

I have also have gotten this error message. Tried re-downloading and running diagnostic. Does anyone have an idea what can be done to fix this problem when going to "Just Added"?

Just an FYI - I received an email from the Apple Tier 2 support rep indicating that Apple was working on a resolution to the error (but did not mention a timeline for the fix).

I have been having the same problem with my Vista PC that is hardwired to the router. Stuff I purchased but did not download disappeared and I can't connect to the store. Diagnostics ran ok. Another PC, which runs on XP and is connected wirelessly is just fine.
