NEW ZEALAND APPLE TV iTUNES STORE GONE - 2.3.1

Have lost the 'ALL HD', 'Genres', 'Search' options on the 'MOVIES' option, after running the 2.3.1 update. Even tried switching countires then switching back to New Zealand which has worked before. Only options now listed under 'Movies' are Trailers, My Movies an Search. Any other NZer's have this issue??

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Yes, tried a complete reboot and nothing. Also rebooted router and Airport but no luck. You can still search movies in the search function to see what's there but it was nice to see new releases etc. On a good note the remote works better this time after this update, before the update mine seemed to scroll really slowly or quickly and would not put the ATV to sleep correctly.

Yep, I'm having the same issue after the 2.3.1 update. It looks like it's an NZ store issue as when you change to USA, all the options become available, but of course, we can't rent or buy from the USA store. Changing back to NZ store makes the items go missing again.

Yup - same here. Though, if this is all the ATV users in NZ that might explain something. I've rebooted and reset the user settings though not a factory restore yet. & mine had no mods or hacks.

Probably Apple withdrawing after the section 92A postponement/cancellation.

Yeah I have the same problem. I've tried the Australian store and the USA store but it seems we're the only ones with this problem.

A moderator will probably be viewing the thread so I'll assume some update will happen to fix it. Tried to find contact page but got stuck in a loop between the support page, iTunes and Apple TV product page.

i wouldn't assume that.

just a question, none of you have modified/hacked your appletv have you ? i read something about itunes stores being deactivated on some hacked devices.
