Is there a way to open .sea (self-extracting archive) files in Leopard?

These .sea files are self extracting but they only self-extract in the classic operating system. I have read that Stuffit Expander decodes these files but I have tried it and it does NOT work. Neither does changing the suffix to .exe. I am trying to open .sea files downloaded from the Apple website (old system software to use in an emulator) and I cannot. Is there any freeware or shareware around that will decode these files?
