Avery 5305 Tent Card Template
Does anyone have a Pages version of this? I can't seem to find one anywhere on the Internet or any of the other usual places.
MacBook Pro, MacBook, MacMini, others.., Mac OS X (10.5.6)
I've searched the Avery site and I can not find the template for this product.
I was hoping for an Illustrator template which would be the most accurate, but at a pinch the Word one would do to create a .pdf file from which you could work if the graphics couldn't be saved.
I gather you have the actual physical product?
The cards are nothing more than simple rectangles which you can measure (if stated dimensions are not accurate enough) and position with guides and margins in the right places.
Use:
+Inspector > Metrics > Size > Position+ to accurately place each rectangle.
There will be some latitude anyway as long as the contents stay well within the edges of the card or have a "bleed" of 3mm or 1/8" surrounding each card. Any inaccuracies will be lost in white margins or the overlaps of the bleeds.
If the cards are double sided with half upside down that is easy enough to do with floating text boxes rotated 180°.
Once you have one set up correctly group the text, graphics and outlines and duplicate the remainder into position.
