What SATA Connector on MBA Rev B SSD?

Question

What SATA Connector on MBA Rev B SSD?

Anyone know what connector is used? Is it a standard SATA or something exotic? Exploring replacing with Intel X18-M 160GB which uses a standard connector.

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Its called SATA LIF..

Good luck finding an adapter.. they don't exist. I hope you're good with a soldering iron 🙂

Thanks for the info. You scared me off. I was once terrific with a soldering iron back when I was building Heath kits. Eyes suck now.

how do you know "they dont exist" ? Im not saying you are wrong but have you seen:

Im trying to determine which micro sata cable is the exact cable to allow a Macbook Air to be "drive docked" - ie run from outside the laptop....

IF anyone knows - please advise, cheers.
