chapters markers not working

I have a 1 hour video with 4 speakers. I created 5 buttons, 1 button "Play All" and then 1 button per speaker. I added markers to the track to take you to specific speakers, but the video keeps playing after a speaker ends, and it doesn't stop at the markers.

What am I doing wrong...

What happens is when I hit "Play All" it doesn't play all, it stops at the next marker. The speaker buttons work fine.

Use the stories method to apply a play all. You have no chapter end jumps so thats why they do not return. Use the complete track for the play all button then create 4 stories for each chapter and target those separately.
