Itunes Error 42023

Hey I work at a company that purchases around 10 tracks a day from the itunes store. Not every time, but every once in a while some of the tracks won't download, it stops during the 'processing file' stage. When I try to restart the download I keep getting an error. When I restart itunes, all history of the purchase is gone, and I have to re-buy it. Which isn't cool, considering we paid for it, and have to re-buy it. Any help, ideas would be awesome.
