I can't get 7.4.1 firmware update to load

Software Update downloaded the 7.4.1 update for Time Capsule (plus the updated Airport Utility and Airport Client).
Install and restart seemed unremarkable; no errors.
After restart, launched the new Airport Utility and saw the Time Capsule was still running 7.3.2. I performed "search for updates" and it returned that all my devices were up to date.
I restarted both my MacBook Air again and the Time Capsule.
Launched Airport utility, performed search for updates and it again returned that all my devices were up to date.
HOW do get the Airport Utility to install the 7.4.1 update (which Software Update said it already downloaded to somewhere)?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.6), Time Capusle

Kind of the same problem here. I don't get the 7.4.1 Update through the standard OSX Software Update function. Once i start the Airport Utility i am asked "The Airport Extreme should be updated to a newer firmware version. Current: 7.3.1 New version: 7.4.1. Update Firmware". But when i hit the "Update Firmware " button Airport Utility can't find the new update. It searches forever.
