Bluetooth Not Turning Off

Hi. Can someone help me? I go into System Preferences, and I cannot turn off Bluetooth (uncheck the box). I have tried everything I could find. Enable/Disable sharing, delete plists, restart, SMC Reset, PRAM Reset, repair permissions, repair disk (I verified with no errors), reinstalled 10.5.6 Combo Update... nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Also, Bluetooth Explorer crashes on launch. Here is the log:

I actually fixed it, but accidentally. In Bluetooth Preferences, I accidentally checked ON "Share my internet connection with other Bluetooth devices". It let me turn it off after that. Odd.... Thanks anyways.
