How can I find my screen size?

How do I know if I'm using a 20-inch or a 24-inch iMac? I forgot which one I bought. Does it say anywhere in the system profiler? I can't seem to find it.

Hi
If you have a tape measure . Start measuring (as your looking at the screen) from the top left hand side to the lower right hand side. iMac screens are measured diagonally after you have taken this measurement you will know what size you have.

Hope This Helps - - Bob

The entire unit, or just the visible screen itself?
The entire screen casing (including the very bottom where the apple icon is) is 24 inches. The visible screen itself is 20 inches.

I didn't know what to measure when I asked this question.

You can also open the System Profiler and read the iMac monitor's resolution:
- 1680x1050 is a 20" monitor
- 1920x1200 is a 24" monitor

Thank you for providing a real answer and not just saying "go measure it"

Some of you guys can be over-critical.

vince bennett even implied that I'm Forest Gump. What ever happened to "don't judge someone until you walked a mile in their shoes"?
