As far as I know there is none. I believe the first AHT release disk came with the G4 (Digital Audio) models, and it is model-specific (it won't work on older models such as the G4 (AGP), aka Sawtooth).

Some are available for download, others were on the original discs that came with the computer. If you don't have those call Apple Customer Support 1-800-767-2775 ( http://www.apple.com/contact/phone_contacts.html). Provide the serial number and specifications of the Mac. They may be able to provide a replacement set of discs for a fee.

With the Sawtooth, you are out of luck- no AHT.
