How to clear Mail auto-complete address cache

How do you clear the cache of addresses that auto-completes when you type an address while composing a message in Mail. There are a lot of emails popping up that appears simply because I received or sent emails to these addresses. I would like to only see the addresses in my address book and manually clear the cache of these addresses.

With the Mail window open, click on Window in the menubar, and choose Previous Recipients. Highlight any or all, and Remove.
