File is in use and cannot be deleted.

Question

File is in use and cannot be deleted.

I have a file on my computer (.avi of Fight Club) that will not be deleted. I am not currently using this file and I have tried restarting my computer. What can I do to delete this file.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
