Back to my Mac with a Sky router

Has anyone managed to get Back to my Mac working with a Sky broadband router if so please tell me how to set it up thanks.

imac-MacBook Air-iPhone-Apple TV-Time Capsule, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

I must say I am struggling to set this up and I have a sky router.

I have an Airport Extreme and MobileMe account and cannot see it when on other networks.

I'm having no problems over my sky broadband, tonite was my first chance to check the connection to the time capsule. I don't think I have any changes to my default set up, few extra ports open on the router for torrents thats all.

I don't think I have changed any settings but now my back to my mac is working !! however I still cannot my time capsule to show in the finder.
