Netgear Router WGR614 v7 Mac Drivers

Hello all. My friend has a PPC G4 iMac running OS X Tiger and I need to install some router firmware. I don't see any Mac drivers on the Netgear website. Are there any third party drivers that I can use so that I can get this router firmware on the Mac? Thanks.

Powerbook G4 12 inch/DELL DIMENSION 4600, Mac OS X (10.4.8), 100 GB HD, Superdrive, 1.25 GB RAM

The firmware for the router should be on the Netgear web site. It would need to be installed by accessing the router's admin area with a browser. See here:

Hi,

Generally the Firmware Update just needs to be uploaded to the Routter from any Browser through the Router's Web Interface.

Do you know how to get to the setup page on the Mac? Generally just put it's IP in any Browser's URL bar. 🙂

Thanks both of you for the info. I was unaware that the firmware didn't need to be installed on the Mac itself, but rather uploaded to the router via the admin settings. I will remember that for future router upgrades, thanks.
