Intel processor code names

I have a Nov 2007 iMac, model iMac7,1, with a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz chip, from System profiler. Does anyone know the Intel code name for this chip? For example, in the new Mac Pro's the chips are the Nehalem chips, I think.

Also, is this the same chip family that's used in the new iMac announced this week? If not, what's the code name for these newer chips?
