How can I listen to Jazz FM (UK radio station) through iTunes please?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how I can add Jazz FM to my list of radio stations to listen to through iTunes?

I tried going to the website and copying and pasting what I think is the correct streaming URL into the 'Open Audio Stream...' option in iTunes. The radio station's name appears in the library but there is no sound and nothing appears to be happening.

Are you using the following URL
http://jazzstream.tlrc.net/jazzfmplayer/?region=4

From what I can tell. The website depends on Windows Media Player, Has a built in Web Player in their website. So it does not seem that this particular website has a link capable of broadcasting via iTunes via a stream as it depends on Windows Media Player.

You can contact the station and see if they provide an alternative link for iTunes or even submit a request to their web support team that this is something you would like to see.

You can also submit feedback to Apple and recommend Jazz FM as a station you would like to see listed as a choice of stations to listen to via the iTunes Radio

Unless they cut a deal with Apple, no.

But why not just listen to JazzFM direct in a second window of Safari?
