need a G.726 codec . . . .

Question

need a G.726 codec . . . .

i have a panasonic 131A network camera, and while the video works out of the box, the audio doesnt. i tried installing flip4mac, which has a G.726 codec, but it wont work with this.

any help would be apprecaited.

Mac Pro/iBook G4, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

Just be sure the video you are viewing you have license to convert.

sorry, i am not trying to convert a file, i am interested in hearing the video on a real time stream, similar to this: http://sindocom1.viewnetcam.com/CgiStart?page=Single&Resolution=640x480

so, i need something that will work in safari . . . .

Point is, if you convert the file, then you can hear the audio. G.726 is non-standard. Contact the webmaster to use better standardized audio formats.

while i appreciate your answer, it doesn't help me, since there is no file. the stream is generated by a camera in realtime.
