ITunes+ upgrades no longer available.

The iTunes Store is showing that I have one album and 6 songs available for upgrade. When I click the "buy" button next to any of them to upgrade I get the following error:

The item you tried to purchase is no longer available.

The availability of the item changed while you were using the store."

I have logged out and logged back in and even rest my purchase warnings.

Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page (there is no category specifically for this issue, so I'd suggest just picking one under the Purchases - problem area) and explain the problem to them. It may take a couple of email exchanges to get past the "form" email responses.

Regards.
