My new SUPER fast MBP 17"?

Boot time: 6min 8sec. What is this all about. After the 3hr 32min migration process which seemed to work fine. Did a repair permission after that and all was fine. After the 6six min boot I ran permissions again. This is what I am getting. Also ran it multipules times , says same thing:
